Certified EOS Implementer® Jon Weening facilitates a discussion around two of the six Key Components of EOS®: Vision and People.
Strengthening your Vision component means getting everyone in the organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. We can’t do that without great people. This means surrounding yourself with the right people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without a great team.
 
Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on the strength of the two components in their own businesses, and interact with other leaders in round-table discussion exercises, designed to help you build your network and collaborate on concrete ideas to implement.
